Job summary

Qualifications

• Must perform heavy physical labor at construction sites.
• Operate hand and power tools including air hammers and plate compactors.
• Assist in setting up traffic control and preparing job sites.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Gather tools for the day and bring them to the job site.
• Assist foreman with measuring and layout for the day’s projects.
• Deliver water/materials to machines and operate as directed.
• Assist paving operations and keep the mat clean and correct.
• Maintain safety and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
