Position Overview

Reeves Construction Company seeks an Asphalt Paving Machine Operator based in Brunswick, GA. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety and demonstrate leadership on the crew.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a paver effectively
• Maintain accurate knowledge of paver operation (e.g., speed, material checks, straight lines)
• Lead the crew when necessary
• Keep the paver maintained and clean
• Work nights and weekends as required
• Operate equipment safely and consistently

Qualifications

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent

Skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment
