Job summary

Asphalt Restoration Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Crew Member to support emergency paving projects, utility repairs, and municipal road patching across the area.

You will work with a professional crew, operating paving equipment and following safety procedures in varying weather conditions. The role requires a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to work weekends on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions and a clean driving record.
• Valid medical card.
• Experience working in asphalt and construction.
• Ability to drive manual trucks.
• Reliable attendance and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Responding to emergency paving jobs and temporary road repairs.
• Assisting with loading, unloading, and operating paving equipment including rollers, excavators, and skid steers.
• Completing daily vehicle inspections and time reports.
• Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
• Supporting the crew with additional duties as needed.
• Being available for emergency weekend work once every four weeks.
