What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate asphalt paving machine to lay material accurately and evenly
• Coordinate closely with truck drivers and roller operators
• Monitor speed, depth, temperature, and alignment during paving
• Make adjustments for slope, crown, and transitions
• Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance
• Work directly with foreman and crew to maintain production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience as a paver operator preferred
• Solid understanding of paving sequences and machine controls
• Ability to read grade, slope, and site plans
• Calm under pressure with great crew communication
• Safety-first attitude and site awareness
• CDL is a plus but not required
• Dependable, consistent, and performance-focused
