Silver Star Construction is seeking an Asphalt Laborer/Operator in Moore, OK to support roadway and paving projects. Full-time position offering outdoor work, physical labor, and teamwork on busy job sites.

Responsibilities include assisting with asphalt placement, raking and smoothing, operating light construction equipment, and maintaining safe, organized work areas while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience working around paving and asphalt operations.
• Ability to operate equipment such as loaders, pavers, tractors, screeds, or skid steers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to accurately measure and prepare work areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist crews with asphalt placement on roads, highways, parking lots, and residential developments.
• Rake, spread, and smooth asphalt materials.
• Support asphalt repair and patching operations using hot and cold mix products.
• Operate hand tools and selected construction equipment.
• Load, move, and organize materials throughout the jobsite.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Assist equipment operators and skilled construction personnel as needed.
