We are seeking a Certified Flagger to support safe and efficient traffic control operations on heavy highway construction projects throughout Northern Kentucky. This role is critical in protecting workers, motorists, and the public by maintaining clear communication, situational awareness, and adherence to traffic control standards.

  • Demonstrates strong understanding of temporary traffic control principles (flagging operations, lane closures, detours)
  • Ability to properly position and use signage, cones, barricades, and flagging devices
  • Maintains safe traffic flow through active construction zones with minimal disruption
  • Applies safety protocols consistently in high-risk, fast-paced environments
• Situational Awareness & Decision-Making
  • Continuously monitors traffic patterns, weather conditions, and jobsite hazards
  • Quickly identifies and responds to unsafe conditions or driver behavior
