Job summary

Holcim Ltd. is looking for a General Laborer to support the paving crew in our Asphalt division located in Clinton, Maryland. You will perform various manual labor tasks, assist with loading and unloading materials, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in the Asphalt industry.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Willingness to work on job sites throughout PG County and Anne Arundel County.

Responsibilities

• Assist asphalt crew with loading and unloading materials.
• Perform manual labor tasks including site preparation and cleanup.
• Hand-grade and rake asphalt under supervision.
