Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of asphalt manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe, productive, and efficient environment.

Champion a proactive safety culture and ensure strict compliance with all safety practices and regulations.

Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve production goals and quality standards.

Deliver world-class customer service and timely scheduling for both internal and external clients.

Oversee budgeting, production planning, staffing, and maintenance activities.
