Qualifications

• Follow instructions and read fixed gauges, rulers and other measuring instruments with some interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Match and finish freshly laid asphalt paving joints evenly.
• Smooth and adjust surface irregularities with a lute.
• Restore surface finish after hand raking.
• Spread asphalt to proper grade with lute and finishes before compaction by rollers.
• Be able to work nights and extend shifts when the project dictates.
