Job summary

Morgan Pavement in Clearfield, Utah is hiring an experienced Roller or Screed Operator to join our asphalt crew. You will operate and maintain rollers, screeds, and related equipment, while following project specs and safety rules.

We offer a generous sign-on bonus for the right candidate, plus full medical/dental/vision after 30 days and a company 401(k) plan after 90 days. Outdoor work in varying weather conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of asphalt paving experience.
• Proficiency operating rollers, screeds and pavers.
• Ability to work as part of a team in outdoor conditions.

Morgan Pavement is expanding its Asphalt Division operation and is seeking experienced professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the positions of Roller or Screed Operator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain asphalt paving equipment, including rollers, screeds, pavers, and other machinery.
• Ensure precise and efficient asphalt paving according to project specifications.
• Collaborate with crew members to achieve project goals in a safe and timely manner.
• Pay close attention to detail to produce high-quality paving results.
• Work in outdoor environments, including exposure to heat and cold conditions.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in the asphalt paving industry.
• Proficiency in operating rollers, screeds, pavers, and other types of asphalt equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions.
