Responsibilities include coordinating with crews, monitoring spray rates, and performing inspections. Preferred candidate has 2+ years in construction equipment and asphalt paving, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt paving and roadway construction preferred.
• Knowledge of asphalt emulsion application is a plus.
• Ability to follow project specifications and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an asphalt distributor truck to apply coatings and liquids.
• Monitor application rates, temperatures, and coverage for quality results.
• Coordinate with crews and supervisors to maintain efficient operations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete paperwork.
