Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking an Asphalt Distributor Operator HMAC to support North Texas asphalt projects from Dallas. The role focuses on operating distributor trucks, controlling spray bars, and maintaining equipment to ensure high-quality highway surfacing.

You must meet safety standards, obtain Class B with tanker and Hazmat credentials, and be able to work days, nights, and weekends in varied weather conditions on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Must have strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Class B with tanker; Hazmat required.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Austin Bridge & Road cannot sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Attend daily safety meetings.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Work hours adjusted to meet the project's needs; days, nights and weekends.
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperatures.
• Other duties as assigned.
