MML Hospitality is launching the Mountain Chalet Aspen, a luxury, boutique destination at the base of Aspen Mountain. As General Manager, you will own pre-opening strategy, financial performance, brand delivery, and ongoing operations for this landmark project.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership in luxury hospitality, with high-volume mountain resort experience.
Proven track record in hotel/restaurant pre-openings, staffing, and SOP development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead diverse teams under pressure.

Responsibilities

Oversee the launch and ongoing operations of Mountain Chalet Aspen.
Manage budgets, forecasting, labor costs, and revenue strategies to drive performance.
Lead recruitment, training, and development of management and staff to foster a service-oriented culture.
Ensure brand integrity across service, culinary offerings, and guest interactions.
Build relationships with local authorities and community stakeholders to support the Aspen launch.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and facilities standards.
