Bluegrass Beverages Inc in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to assist customers throughout their shopping experience and complete transactions at the register.

This role emphasizes delivering top-notch customer service, maintaining shelves, and ensuring accurate cash handling while supporting night and weekend shifts. Prior retail or food & beverage experience is a plus, and an upbeat attitude helps you excel on a busy shop floor.

Job description

Bluegrass Beverages is a family owned and operated business in Hendersonville. We pride ourselves on our guest experience with our knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The primary responsibility of the sales associate is assisting customers transact their sale. The role also includes associated responsibilities, such as assisting the team in keeping the shelves stocked. Engaging with a customer from start to finish to provide top notch customer service in guiding the customer through our wide wine, spirits, & beer selection through cashing out.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in their retail experience .

• Maintain speed of service throughout the shift.
• Maintain proper cash handling.

Requirements

• Nights and weekends only.
• Must have holiday availability.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• High mobility and endurance throughout shift.
• Retail and/or food & beverages experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and desire to improve each day.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
