Job summary

South College is seeking an ASN Program Coordinator to supervise all aspects of the Associate of Science in Nursing program on our on-ground campus. The role includes organizing, administering, reviewing, planning, and ensuring compliance, with emphasis on instructor supervision and program effectiveness.

The Program Director collaborates with faculty to improve instruction quality, coordinates faculty development, and manages the academic program to achieve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possess effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• MSN degree or higher.
• Hold an unrestricted RN license to practice in Georgia or eNLC states.
• Experience teaching at the post-secondary level, specifically in an Associate Degree Nursing program.
• Proficiency in instructional methodology, curriculum design, and program planning (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the ASN program, including organization, administration, review, planning, compliance, development, implementation, and instructor supervision.
• Program Director teaches in assigned area, promotes continuous improvement of instruction, coordinates and administers the academic program to achieve student outcomes.
