Description

ASN Clerk – Pennington Seed/Central Garden & Pet Company. We seek a highly motivated, conscientious, and trustworthy individual to join our team as an ASN Clerk in our Greenfield, Missouri PPII Facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Check drivers in and out, provide the driver with the necessary paperwork for the load.

Specific Critical Responsibilities

• Be kind and courteous to the drivers.
• Be familiar with Excel to maintain the truck schedule for the day.
• Check in the driver and ensure they receive the correct load and paperwork.
• Provide the loaders with the correct paperwork for the load to be loaded.
• Post all outgoing paperwork once the driver leaves the property.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Check the paperwork for the next day to ensure everything is correct.
• Scan files into the online file storage.

Related Area

• Work closely with the truck loaders to ensure paperwork is filled out correctly.
• Work with supervisors to ensure there is enough product for the loads.
• Must be able to work independently.
