This role is critical to maintaining all tasks in relation to picking customer order to select, clean, pack, palletize and load finished goods. Expected to be able to perform all aspects of the job as described below.As part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks in the operations in a fast-paced environment, working with a team to meet tight schedules and deadlines in a safe and efficient manner.This is a physically demanding position that requires frequent lifting, moving, and handling of heavy products throughout the shift, as well as schedule flexibility to support business needs, including weekends when required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. independently occasionally. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, stoop, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Must be willing and able to work extended hours, overtime, and weekends as required by operational needs.
• Must be able to do simple math- adding and subtracting.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must learn and understand the quality level involved in the day-to-day tasks.
• Must be able to handle heavy workflow while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to become certified and safely operate the electric pallet jack, reach truck, shrink wrapper, and/or other required equipment if needed.
• Ability to learn and understand SAP/Scanner functions.
• Must be able to wear safety glasses, safety vest and any other personal protective equipment as required for the facility/work area.
• Must be able to work the regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; however, schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
