Rosenblad Design Group (RDG) is seeking skilled Fabricators/Welders to join our production team in Yulee, FL, performing partial and full system fabrication with ASME welding experience (GTAW/GMAW). The role requires passing ASME Section 9 tests and reading complex drawings.

Expect to operate forklifts, cranes, plasma cutters, and hand tools; maintain clean work areas; and follow WPS for stainless alloys. Full-time, first shift, with potential overtime to meet deadlines.

Qualificações

• Minimum of ASME welding experience with 3 years' experience as GTAW and GMAW welder.
• Must pass pre-hire ASME Section 9 welder certification test; GTAW test on stainless pipe 6G.
• Ability to read and follow shop drawings, welding symbols.

Responsabilidades

• Weld on large stainless steel components to ASME Section 9 code requirements.
• Operate forklifts, overhead crane, hand tools, plasma cutter, and keep work area clean.
• Follow Welding Procedure Specification for TIG and MIG welding 304L, 316L, 2101 Duplex, 2205 Duplex and higher alloys.
• Inspect and correct welds to meet product specifications.
• Ensure material surfaces are clean and free of contaminants.
