Hayden Industrial in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Welder to join our team. The role involves welding and fabricating metal components for high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers, requiring MIG and TIG proficiency and blueprint interpretation.

Ideal candidates will have ASME welding experience, familiarity with carbon steel and stainless steel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ASME welding experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Mig, Tig, Flux, and Pulse welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with welding carbon steel and stainless-steel materials.
• Class A welders: pass 6G pipe test, plate test, TIG all the way out & pass plate test, pulse MIG, 3G.
• Class B welders: pass 6G pipe test, tube to tube, tube to plate.

Responsabilités

• Weld carbon steel and stainless-steel components per blueprints and specifications.
• Operate MIG and TIG welding equipment proficiently.
• Set up welding machines and tools before starting work.
• Maintain proper welding certifications and conduct pressure testing on completed units.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize welding processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
