Job summary

Blueworx is seeking an experienced ASME Welder for 1st shift to assemble and weld custom bladder tanks, strainers, and valve products. You will use Mig, Flux Core, Tig, and Sub Arc welding to produce watertight welds that meet ASME codes and tight tolerances.

You will collaborate with Production, Materials, and Engineering teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery, perform tool adjustments, and maintain thorough documentation and safety standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of welding experience.
  • Must pass an ASME weld test.
  • Forklift certified (or able to become certified).
  • Familiarity with welding tools, procedures, and blueprints.
  • Manufacturing material handling experience.

Responsibilities

  • Weld products to meet ASME code specifications and pressure tolerances
  • Complete assignments based on production needs
  • Collaborate with Production, Materials, and Engineering teams to hit quality and delivery goals
  • Perform minor machine/tool adjustments and maintenance

ASME Welder – 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm, Friday 6:00am–3:30pm

Pay: BOE

We're looking for an experienced ASME Welder to join our team assembling and welding custom bladder tanks, strainers, and valve products. You'll work with Mig, Flux Core, Tig, and Sub Arc welding to produce watertight welds that meet ASME codes and strict pressure/tolerance requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship.
