Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) (Virginia, MN)

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part-time asleep overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our adult foster care home in Virginia, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. If you are compassionate, warm-hearted, and reliable with a passion for caring for others, apply to join our team! Shift: 30-32 hours per week, with 3 shifts, mostly 10-hour shifts, possibly 12-hour shifts as needed. Currently, shifts are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Salary: $12.00 per hour for asleep hours; $18.75-$19.25 per hour for awake hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with disabilities and mental illness in daily activities, including medication administration, household chores, behavioral management, personal hygiene, medical care, and community activities such as shopping, outings, and recreation. Build meaningful relationships within a person-centered culture that values the people we support and our team members.

Your schedule typically includes 4-8 hour shifts during the week and every other weekend, supporting 24/7 care with various shift options.

Minimum Requirements:

• Pass a post-offer background check
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check if working days or evenings
