Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Asleep Overnight Counselor in Massachusetts to support overnight and morning routines alongside the Awake Overnight Counselor. While you may sleep during designated overnight periods, you must respond during emergencies and assist with morning program needs.

The role involves developing and implementing individualized service and behavior plans, and completing all overnight responsibilities with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and achievement of program goals and objectives.
• Implement prescribed medication and health-related protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and behavior plans.
• Complete assigned overnight and morning responsibilities, including ensuring all required checklists and documentation are completed by the end of the shift.

The Asleep Overnight Counselor works alongside the Awake Overnight Counselor to provide support during overnight and morning hours.

While the Asleep Overnight Counselor may sleep during designated overnight periods, they must be available to respond in the event of an emergency or crisis and assist with morning routines and program needs.

Other Key Responsibilities

Pay Range
