About the Program: Mental Health Specialist II (MHS2) work in our Acute Behavioral Services (ABS) programs, serving individuals with complex behavioral and mental health needs, including high incident crisis situations, hospitalizations, and behavioral challenges. These programs are designed with safety in mind, with staff trained in manual restraints and prepared for emotional and physical challenges.
Responsibilities: Provide direct care and support tailored to individual needs, manage interfering behaviors, maintain a safe environment, assist with daily living skills, and support transportation. Prior experience in direct support or behavior technician roles is beneficial.
Hours vary, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is required.
