Ampersand Therapy in Wilmington, North Carolina is hiring a full-time ASL Sign Language Interpreter for the 2026-2027 school year. This role provides direct one-on-one interpretation for a student throughout the school day and supports effective communication among the student, peers, and staff.

The position requires an EIPA score of 3.5 or higher and offers competitive benefits, including W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare, and a 401(k) with company match, plus licensure
