Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time ASL Sign Language Interpreter for a school-based role in Newberry, SC for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide interpreting services in ASL to a student on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day and collaborate with teachers and the student’s educational team.

Ideal candidates include experienced school interpreters or those new to the school setting. Benefits include W-2 employment, liability insurance, health benefits, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must have EIPA score of 3.5 or higher.
• Experience in school settings preferred but new interpreters considered.
