Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4.0 score on Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA).
• National Interpreter Certification from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between deaf/hard of hearing students and others.
• Convey teacher instruction and assist in daily activities.
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding deaf/hard of hearing students.
