Job summary

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services Inc is seeking compassionate Residential Behavior Interventionists to support individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges in community and residential settings in Vermont. Fluency in ASL or willingness to learn ASL is required.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed to serve in this role. Responsibilities include creating a structured, therapeutic environment and building meaningful connections with clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A background in developmental/intellectual disabilities or mental health is advantageous.
• Prior experience in behavioral or therapeutic residential settings is preferred.
