Job summary

Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and care plans.
- Ability to maintain professional ethics, punctuality and respect for personal values.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, person-centered supervision in home and community.
- Assist with ADLs: bathing, toileting, dressing, hygiene.
- Assist with meals and feeding; light housekeeping and laundry.
- Supervise medication administration when needed.
- Transport to medical and personal appointments.
- Document daily logs and progress notes; participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
