Job summary

KidStrong Everett is seeking a qualified ASL Coach to guide those needing communication accommodations in our Walking - 3 year old class. This role may actively coach or provide ASL interpreter services during class, engaging with parents and children to make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Certified sign language interpreter or ASL proficiency for preschool children.
• Experience coaching students in KidStrong age range.
• Ability to discuss the curriculum with parents.
• CPR certification or equivalent first aid training.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter who proactively completes tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coach or provide ASL interpretation during class.
• Engage with parents to explain and reinforce the curriculum.
• Support children’s learning in a fun, energetic environment.
