Job summary

FIVE ACRES is seeking an ASL-fluent clinician to serve a mixed caseload of signing and non-signing clients in California. The role emphasizes culturally competent therapy and collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold a Master's Degree and be registered with BBS as AMFT/ACSW/APCC, with a valid CA driver license preferred. Remote options may be available for identified positions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering services to signing and non-signing clients.
• Master's degree is required.
• Registered with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (AMFT/ACSW/APCC).
• Ability to manage a mixed caseload and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical work and/or therapeutic services to clients and families.
• Maintains caseload to meet budgeted daily billable hours.
• Submits timely documentation (progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, notes).
• Assesses client needs and determines appropriate treatment approaches.
• Documents all work per QA standards and participates in supervision.
• Establishes rapport with children, families, and community; advocates for placement.
• Keeps knowledge of program standards; attends trainings and reviews publications.
