SonderMind is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who is proficient in American Sign Language to provide high-quality care in a hybrid setting (telehealth and in-office) across California. You will manage a stable caseload, ensure strong clinical documentation, and collaborate with care teams to support positive client outcomes.

Formación

• Must hold a valid LMFT/LCSW/LPCC licensure in good standing.
• Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) with experience providing individual therapy.
• Strong time management, scheduling discipline, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality individual therapy using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client.
• Deliver sessions via American Sign Language when needed.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain a steady caseload and book sessions 3–4 weeks in advance.
• Complete timely, compliant documentation including session notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and referring providers for integrated care.
• Deliver services via telehealth and in-office with professional settings.
• Proactively communicate with clients about scheduling and expectations.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain adherence to ethical standards and licensure requirements.
