Blufox Mobile is seeking energetic Sales Associates to join our expanding retail team, helping customers select Xfinity solutions and providing outstanding service. The role offers a strong earning potential through base pay plus uncapped commissions and ongoing training.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in selecting Xfinity solutions and maximize earnings through consultative selling.
• Present and sell Xfinity products to new and existing customers; upsell as appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teammates to reach store goals and maintain merchandising standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and support company promotions.

What You’ll Do

Retail Sales & Customer Engagement

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.

You’ll promote:

Sales Responsibilities

• Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers
• Build value around products and service packages
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Execute proven sales closing techniques
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Build strong relationships with customers
