Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CODA-certified program.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures.
• Provide chairside support and anticipate the doctor’s needs.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean clinical environment.
• Take and assist with dental imaging.
• Provide compassionate care before, during, and after treatment.
• Help ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related tasks.
• Present treatment plans and financial information to patients clearly and compassionately.
• Assist with patient scheduling and communication.
• Coordinate patient care and follow-up.
• Learn and assist with other front office responsibilities as needed.
