MN BEST HOME CARE, llc is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team. You will work directly with patients in their homes, following a one-on-one care plan with compassion, attention to detail, and a focus on building trusting relationships.

Strong communication skills are essential, and prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus. Responsibilities include assisting patients with daily activities, maintaining records of care and progress, and supporting a clean, safe home environment.

Formación

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of professional Home Health or Hospice experience.
• Driver’s license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Give medications and immunizations
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities
