Job summary

AttoTude inc. in the Bay Area is seeking an ASIC Test Technician to support engineers in testing high-speed and mixed-signal ICs. You will collect data from DC to 1 THz and operate manual and semi-automatic probe stations for wafer-level and singulated dice testing.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, 5+ years of probe-station experience, and cleanroom etiquette. This on-site position offers growth in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent training.
• 5+ years of experience operating wafer probe stations.
• Electrical/wafer-level testing and defect inspection.
• Experience with GSSG/GSG RF probes and calibration techniques (SOLT, TRL).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manual and semi-automatic probe stations for wafer and dice testing.
• Support pre-production volume testing and DOEs for new methods.
• Regular calibration and execution of automated test sequences.
• Record data from DC to 1 THz frequencies.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance.
