Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a motivated undergraduate intern to join the Slingshot ASIC Firmware and Diagnostic team. You will contribute to firmware development in C, build Python-based diagnostic tooling, and support Linux-based development and testing in a hybrid environment in Wisconsin.

Preferred candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s in CS/CE/EE, with experience in C, Python, Bash, and Git. Collaboration across Hardware, Firmware, and Software teams is key to success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and debug C code for Slingshot ASIC board firmware.
• Develop and maintain Python-based diagnostic tooling and test utilities.
• Create Bash scripts for automation, build processes, and test harnesses.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Firmware, and Software teams on features.
