Job summary

You Are:

You are an experienced ASIC Digital Design Engineer with strong depth in RTL design and verification. You enjoy solving complex technical problems, working across functions, and contributing to high-performance silicon development in a collaborative environment. You bring strong execution, sound technical judgment, and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality designs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and verify complex ASIC blocks and subsystems to meet functional, performance, and quality goals
• Work closely with analog design, physical design, and applications engineering teams to support successful integration across the design flow
• Develop and execute test plans to verify functionality, performance, and design quality
• Apply industry-standard EDA tools and methodologies to improve power, performance, and area outcomes
• Solve complex technical issues within your area of ownership and contribute to team problem-solving
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support their growth
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices while continuing to build technical expertise

What You’ll Need:

• BSEE, BSCE +8 year or higher degree +6 years of industry experience.
• Strong experience in ASIC digital design and verification, with solid RTL design expertise
• Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools and design and verification methodologies
• Strong understanding of High-Performance Interface IP protocols and ASIC implementation considerations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex technical challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
