Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food adhering to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties:

• Prepare high-quality food per recipes and schedules.
• Serve meals, ensure proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all dishes.
• Follow ticket procedures during service. Maintain records.
• Clean kitchen areas, store/discard excess food per safety procedures.
• Keep refrigerators and storerooms organized.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, record keeping, ordering, and reporting.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Follow safety standards, including HACCP and proper equipment use.
