Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
  • Equipment certification (tow motor, pallet jack) or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to safety.
  • Reliable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Move and process donated goods following One Touch System guidelines.
  • Load and organize trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Assist donors with large item carry-outs while providing excellent customer service.
  • Sort, stack, and organize donations, salvage, and waste materials.
  • Operate material handling equipment (pallet jack, tow motor, etc.).
  • Bale salvage materials as needed.
  • Complete daily equipment checks and required logs.
  • Maintain clean, safe equipment and work areas.
  • Support Attended Donation Center operations as needed.
  • Follow all safety and security procedures.

What You'll Do
