Job summary

Qualifications include 10+ years in pharma cleanrooms and 3+ years in team leadership, with strong knowledge of cGMPs, FDA guidance, and EU Annex 1. This is a fulltime, on-site role based in Tampa.

Qualifications

• 10+ years pharmaceutical cleanroom experience
• 3+ years leading or coordinating a team
• Program management, training course design, delivery, and effectiveness assessment
• Thorough knowledge of aseptic techniques, gowning qualification, media fill programs, cGMPs, and FDA/EU guidance

Responsibilities

• Own, develop, and maintain the aseptic training and certification programs and curricula
• Deliver instructor-led training, demonstrations, VR modules, and hands-on assessments
• Plan, resource, and manage new hire qualifications and recertification for cleanroom access
• Direct operator qualification and certification for media fills and aseptic interventions
• Ensure certification records and training databases are inspection ready
