Bausch + Lomb in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Training Program Administrator to ensure aseptic gowning, contamination control, and cleanroom operations meet cGMP standards. You will develop and deliver training, manage qualification programs, run audits, coach staff, and partner with supervisors to sustain a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

The role requires 4+ years of pharma cleanroom experience and strong organizational skills; shift is nights, start pay range is $25.50

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Associate’s degree in science or related field preferred.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain aseptic training and certification programs.
• Coordinate operator qualification for media fills and aseptic interventions.
• Maintain certification records and training databases.
• Coach employees on aseptic practices, contamination prevention, and cleanroom discipline.
• Support department projects as assigned.
