Medium is seeking a Training Specialist based in Nashville, TN, to support the Training Program by coordinating and delivering essential training for employees. This role emphasizes compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

The ideal candidate will deliver onboarding and continuous training, conduct qualifications in manufacturing processes, and maintain accurate training records to ensure readiness for inspections. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, or training.
• Experience in aseptic manufacturing and contamination control preferred.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct New Hire Orientation training on GDP, ALCOA++ principles.
• Coordinate and deliver instructor-led training for employees.
• Support onboarding, qualifications, and ongoing development of manufacturing personnel.
• Conduct hands-on qualification for foundational manufacturing activities.
• Facilitate retraining when required to address performance gaps.
• Maintain training records in MasterControl ensuring accuracy.
