MTF Biologics is seeking a Process Technician in Pennsylvania to aseptically process human cells, tissues, and tissue-based products for transplant in a regulated medical device environment. Responsibilities include maintaining sterile conditions, following SOPs, and working in a 24/7 operations setting with possible overtime, including weekends and holidays.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to perform precise measurements, and adherence to quality standards in a cleanroom.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to accurately add, subtract, and calculate ratios for liquids and powders.
• Able to work in an ISO cleanroom and follow SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Read, comprehend, and adhere to SOPs and quality requirements.
• Maintain aseptic technique and sterile conditions during tissue processing.
• Work independently and in a team in a 24/7 operations environment; overtime including weekends/holidays.
• Enroll in Learning & Development classes as part of the Service Excellence Certification Program.
