Job summary

MTF Biologics is seeking a Process Technician to aseptically process human tissue and cellular products in a regulated cleanroom environment. The role requires meticulous adherence to SOPs, strict aseptic technique, and the ability to work in a 24/7 operation with potential overtime.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, proficiency in basic measurements, and a willingness to complete required training and LMS modules.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations.
• Able to read rulers, calipers, and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate aseptically to process tissue products and maintain quality.
• Adhere to SOPs and keep thorough documentation of processing steps.
• Maintain cleanroom discipline and proper PPE usage at all times.
• Assist with scheduled downtimes, line clearances, and shift handoffs.
• Support quality and safety observations and participate in training.
