Job summary

ManpowerGroup is supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in Pearl River, NY, to fill the Aseptic Technician - I role. You will be part of the Manufacturing Operations team, supporting Sterile Production and Quality teams, and will perform aseptic gowning in cleanroom environments following established procedures.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality and compliance, and excellent teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical training in life sciences preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in aseptic processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques, cleanroom operations, and contamination control practices.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a sterile, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic gowning and operate in cleanroom environments following established procedures.
• Prepare, sterilize, and transfer materials and equipment into controlled manufacturing areas.
• Execute aseptic filling, compounding, and packaging processes while maintaining product integrity.
• Monitor environmental conditions and report deviations, contamination risks, or compliance concerns.
• Maintain accurate batch records and documentation while adhering to SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
