Job summary

A leading biotechnology firm in Brooklyn seeks a Production Technician I to manage the aseptic manufacturing of medical devices. Responsibilities include operating production equipment, maintaining clean room standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Ability to become gowning qualified to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Must be able to work overtime and/or second shift when needed.
• Willingness to be flexible, and open minded to new processes or changes in direction.

Responsibilities

• Perform line clearance of assigned production areas.
• Operate production, assembly and testing equipment.
• Perform routine, preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Complete data entry and generate reports for material inventory movements.

Skills

Ability to problem solve and achieve business objectives

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to read, understand, and execute written work instructions

Team oriented, building relationships with peers

Education

HS Diploma or Equivalent with 2+ years of relevant manufacturing experience

2 or 4 year degree with 0+ years of relevant experience
