Job summary

Gehl-Food- is hiring an Aseptic Robot Operator for the 3rd shift (6:00pm - 6:30am). The role involves operating, monitoring, and minor maintenance of automated robotic and conveyor systems in an aseptic environment. You will ensure materials are stocked, identify stoppages, and perform basic repairs within trained scope.

You will follow GMP, safety procedures, complete onboarding, and maintain production records while contributing to continuous improvement and line efficiency.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of aseptic production processes is required.
• Ability to read batch sheets, logs, SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot robotic and conveyor systems in aseptic lines.
• Perform autonomous and preventive maintenance tasks as trained.
• Respond to line jams and replenish materials to keep production flowing.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures.
