Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Melrose Park, IL seeks an aseptic manufacturing technician to assemble, operate and monitor state-of-the-art equipment following SOPs and GMPs. The role offers an hourly payrate of $24.27 with an overnight shift differential of $1.75 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will operate HMI applications, perform basic setup, load materials, and monitor microbiological processes while collaborating with MQA, Maintenance, Metrology, Engineering, Validation,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with one year of experience in a relevant work environment
• Able to work 12hr shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule
• Able to stand on concrete floors for extended period and lift up to 35 pounds
• Able to move heavy equipment and components as needed
• Able to work with hazardous materials including antineoplastic products and raw materials that could lead to illness/injury
• Able to wear required PPE (eye protection, safety shoes, gown, gloves)
• Must understand, speak and write English to comply with SOPs, GMPs and training materials
• Company language is English; able to read and understand policies and procedures written in English

Responsibilities

• Assemble, operate, and monitor aseptic equipment per SOPs and GMPs
• Operate advanced HMI applications and perform basic machine setup
• Load and format parts for machines with raw materials and parts
• Maintain gown qualification as required
• Perform microbiological monitoring within equipment
• Assist MQA, Maintenance, Metrology, Engineering, Validation, Tech Transfer and Microbiology
