Job summary

Sanofi is building a next-generation aseptic facility and seeks a Production Technician to support startup, qualification, and transition to routine operations. You will cover multiple areas, maintain aseptic conditions, and ensure quality and compliance across shifts.

You’ll work with SAP and other systems, attend daily shift changes, and collaborate with senior teams to keep production on track while preparing for future commercial readiness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Associates degree with less than 1 year manufacturing experience.
• BS degree and any prior GMP manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs production in accordance with volume fluctuation, business need, and effective procedures.
• Works with Senior Technicians, leads, and managers to ensure operational area runs as intended.
• Attends shift change daily to ensure preparedness for workday.
• Completes Real Time SAP transactions on all aspects of Inventory Management.
• Maintains aseptic work environment and adheres to cGMP.
• Prepares area for oncoming shifts and trains in multiple production areas as needed.
