Job summary

Evonik Corporation in the United States is hiring for an entry‑level role focused on aseptic development and GMP/GLP batch records. You will perform multi‑step solution preparations and assemble/disassemble process equipment under direct supervision.

You will operate PLC controlled equipment, use basic hand tools, support in-process environmental monitoring and IOQs, and help with safety and housekeeping. The company offers a world of opportunities with hybrid and flexible work environments

Qualifications

• AA Degree in technical area with 0-2 years experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions.
• Knowledge of lab glassware and basic system controls.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate aseptic technique with minimal supervision.
• Execute batch records (GLP/GMP) with direct supervision.
• Prepare complex solutions with direct supervision.
• Assemble/disassemble process equipment for extrusion, microsphere, liposome or polymerization processes.
• Operate PLC controlled equipment with direct supervision.
• Use basic hand tools for equipment operation.
• Perform in-process environmental monitoring with direct supervision.
• Participate in IOQs with direct supervision.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
• Adhere to safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Assist in general area housekeeping.
• Identify opportunities to maintain and improve facilities and procedures.
• Follow Evonik Quality Manual and cgMP procedures.
• Conduct development/engineering batches safely using MSDS and report incidents.
